Bookings/payment

We require a payment of 1 nights deposit when booking online. If you wish to pay via direct deposit, please contact us. 

Upon receipt of final payment, the following will be emailed – Tax Receipt, directions to Sky View and check in instructions (key safe code).

Check in time is 2:00 pm, Check out time is by 10.00 am on day of departure – early check in, or late check out may be available on request and is dependent upon other bookings.

No refunds given. However, dates can be altered if given more than 2 weeks notice prior to original arrival date. A fee of $50 will be charged to cover administration costs.

If canceling with less than 2 weeks notice to arrival, Sky View will use 50% of monies paid as credit for future booking and 50% will be kept to cover administration costs. In the case of road closures due to floods where the guest can not get to Sky View due to those closures, a 20% fee will be kept by Sky View Units, and the balance refunded. The 20% can be used when the next booking with Sky View is made.

House standards

The number of guests not to exceed 6 unless previously arranged in writing. All tenants must be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. Parties and functions are prohibited. Noise levels must be kept at a normal residential level. Damages, breakages, theft or loss of unit inventory are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to tenant’s personal property. Smoking is prohibited inside the units.

Damages and bonds

It is the responsibility of the guests to make sure everything in our units are looked after. We understand that sometimes there are accidents, so please let us know if something has been damaged, and we can come to some arrangement. We take a credit card number as a security bond, and if damages have not been reported after check out, and if we cannot contact you to discuss the matter, we reserve the right to charge the amount it takes to rectify those damages to your credit card.
